This hostel is centrally located, 8 blocks from the White House. It has dorm style rooms (bunk beds) in 4-, 6-, 8-, and 10- bed configurations. A family of 5 would need to book a room for 6 but at a low rate per night (per person), it may be worth it in expensive Washington, DC. There are two rooms that are ensuite (private bathroom), the others share single-sex bathrooms on each floor. Contact the hostel directly to inquire about the ensuite rooms or private room for a family.
Hotel Amenities:
Linens, towels, and lockers are provided. A fully-equipped self-service kitchen is also available. The front desk is open 24 hours per day. Free continental breakfast, and free internet on the first floor. Rooms all have air conditioning and heating.
