We recently stayed here with a family of five (2 teens and a 10yo) in one of the executive suites described. They actually have king bed for the parents and the kids had plenty of room on the pullout and the chair bed (they fought over who got the chair bed, go figure). There is also a table, and even with five people, plenty of storage space and a big bathroom so you are not tripping over luggage. The hotel has a lovely courtyard and a large breakfast. The hotel itself is standard-issue and modern but the location cannot possibly be beat. It abuts the RER station so getting in and out to the airport, Versailles or even Disney (if you must) is a snap, and a little less walking or navigating the metro is priceless. Plus its three blocks walking to so many great places, the Louvre, the Pompidou, Notre Dame. The only downside is construction through 2017 in the little Place out front, so while the windows are lovely, the view is mostly construction, though if you have boys you may be surprised by how much they enjoy watching that.

      Hi Shawn,

Thank you so much for sharing your family’s experience at this Novotel Paris les Halles hotel! Other families will benefit from reading about your room, breakfast, transportation, location, and view descriptions!

I especially liked your observation that some kids would love to watch construction activities nearby!

      Sincerely,

      Sandy Nielsen
