This Old Town B&B, or guesthouse, is housed in an 1813 building and offers a room with 5 or 6 single beds for families or groups. *Note that very young children (toddlers) or babies are not allowed.

The large room on the second floor (no lift) has a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and free wireless internet. It also has a private bathroom, with toilet and shower, adjacent to the room. (Some rooms in the guesthouse share a bathroom.) There is a two night minimum for the family room.

Guests are provided with a key and may come and go any time. This guesthouse is the closest to Edinburgh Castle, merely 900 meters away. Convenient bus stops are just steps away.

A full breakfast with menu items including cereal, toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, and more, is cooked to order and is included in the room rate. Off-street parking is available, and specials may include free parking when booked in advance.
