Cherry Court Hotel

A 5 minute walk from London’s Victoria Station, this is a non-smoking and air conditioned hotel has 12 en suite rooms. There is a family room that sleeps 5 on the lower ground floor, which I assume is a basement. The family room has one Double and three Single beds. Note: Add 5% if paid with credit card.

We (2 adults and 3 kids, ages 17, 15 and 11) stayed in the 5 person room at Cherry Court in the summer of 2010. It is very, very basic but functional. The room was quite cramped with a double bed and three twins. Vanity sink comically small. Basket of “breakfast” included–this was the same fruit, granola bars, drink, cookies each day; not a bad snack to get us going. Proprietors were friendly. You definitely feel like you’re in the basement and living in a dive, but it seemed clean and the location is really good–walk to Victoria Station in 5 minutes.

Thanks for your comment about the Cherry Court Hotel! It’s great to have details about the space, service, and location from a family that has been there.

If you know of other hotels that can accommodate a family of 5, or want to suggest another city we should include on Sleeps 5, let us know.
