We just stayed at the Blades Hotel in the family room. The room was very clean and it was great to have beds for all three kids. Breakfast was simple (toast, yogurt, etc) and tasty but I wish it started earlier – didn’t open until 730a. The neighbourhood feels safe and the subway and bus are within a few minutes walk. London metro is very easy to navigate. I overlooked the part about the separate bathroom – it was down the main hallway on the first floor. Yes it’s all for you but you need to take a key with you every time and lock it up when done. I did not enjoy the walk down the hall in the middle of the night. For that reason alone, we wouldn’t stay again. And no a/c either made it a bit uncomfortable in the summer heat.
